Studios & Security
Purpose-built rooms, director-led sessions, and disciplined handling—so your content sounds broadcast-ready and stays protected end-to-end.
Our studios (5 rooms)
Three treated voice/dubbing booths for lip-sync, ADR, narration and long reads, plus two control rooms where producers and directors monitor, mark takes and approve selects in real time. A typical flow is table read → record → review/playback → selects → edit/mix → QC—all under one roof for speed and consistency.
Monitoring & tools
We run Pro Tools–based rooms for edit and mix, with reliable monitoring for translation checks and timing precision. Subtitle Edit supports subtitling/captioning workflows and on-screen-text notes. Session notes and markers keep direction tight; we maintain version control so changes never get lost.
Security & compliance
Confidential by default: NDA, controlled studio access, and encrypted storage for pre-release media. Source files and deliverables move through secure file exchange only. We apply naming conventions, access logs and checklists to reduce handling risk and simplify audits. Only cleared staff and booked talent enter production spaces.
Remote direction & reviews
Can’t be on site? We support live remote direction via Zoom with listen-in and screen share for scripts, timecodes and lips. Producers can annotate time-stamped notes on preview files to keep approvals fast—even across time zones.
Quality assurance
Every title passes linguistic QC (meaning, tone, terminology, reading speeds) and technical QC (sync, levels, loudness, format, caption segmentation). Issues are logged, fixed and re-checked before client review.
Deliverables & formats
Audio: WAV 24-bit/48 kHz mono/stereo, VO stems, mix-minus (M&E) and full mix; session files on request. Timed text: SRT, WebVTT, TTML/IMSC. Accessibility packs can include AD scripts/audio and SDH.
