Onboarding & Brief
NDA by default. We collect assets and specs: picture, M&E, scripts, style guides, language list, deliverables, deadlines, and any platform requirements.

Scope, Budget & Timeline
We confirm runtime, languages, services (dubbing/VO, subtitling, script adaptation, audio description, post/QC), and agree a realistic schedule with rolling deliveries when needed.

Prep & Setup
- Language strategy: glossary/term base, pronunciation sheets, tone references.
- Casting & tests (for dubbing/VO): shortlists for approval.
- Script adaptation: lip-sync alignment, cultural fit, OST/forced-narrative notes.

Production Tracks (in parallel)
- Dubbing & VO: director-led sessions in our studios; timing/lip-sync alignment; ADR/crowd as required.
- Subtitling & Captioning: transcription/translation, spotting, SDH/CC as per style guides.
- Audio Description: concise, non-interpretive AD scripting and narration. Remote direction and live reviews available via Zoom.

Edit, Mix & Conform
Dialogue cleanup, de-breathing, EQ/dynamics; loudness compliance (EBU R128/ITU-R BS.1770 targets); stems (VO, M&E) and file naming per spec; picture-change conforms as needed.

Multi-Layer QA
- Linguistic QC: meaning, tone, terminology, reading speeds.
- Technical QC: clicks/pops, sync, levels, format, captions timing/segmentation. Issues are logged and resolved before client review.

Review & Approvals
You receive status updates and preview files; time-stamped notes drive tight revisions. Minor fixes within scope are included; out-of-scope changes are quoted transparently.

Delivery & Wrap
Per-spec packaging: WAV stems, mix-minus (M&E), full mix; SRT/WebVTT/TTML/IMSC; AD scripts/audio; reports & change logs. Secure file exchange, with encrypted storage and controlled access. Session files can be shared or archived per agreement.
Turnaround
We quote SLAs after asset review. Typical small projects deliver in 3–5 business days; longer titles follow rolling deliveries to hit platform dates.
